What You’ll Do Each Week
As a Campus Worship Leader, you’ll develop and lead a talented team while fostering a vibrant and engaging worship environment. Daily tasks involve organizing band rehearsals and guiding the worship experience with excellence and passion.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and equipping both musicians and production volunteers. Working with cutting-edge worship technology, such as Playback and ProPresenter, is a key aspect of this job.
You’ll regularly coordinate with other church leaders to ensure unity across all campuses. This role also involves mentoring new members and helping mature the faith of the team.
