Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Service Team Member, you will greet customers and provide recommendations based on their needs, helping them find the right wine, spirits, or beer.
Daily duties include answering product questions, encouraging repeat business, stocking shelves, maintaining safety, and assisting with store promotions and loyalty programs.
You’ll also participate in product training sessions, keeping up-to-date with current offerings and ensuring compliance with all alcohol-related regulations.
This position is full-time, offering a competitive hourly pay range between $15.90 and $22.26. Shifts may include evenings or weekends, so flexibility is appreciated.
Physically, the job involves standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and regular bending and walking through the store to assist customers.
